Before You Start Your Listing…
- Make sure you have all the required information. Most of the legal information can be found on the website of your county property appraiser. If you get stuck or don’t have the information to answer a particular question, just enter “I don’t know” and we’ll contact you afterward to clarify.
- Make sure you have at least one photo of the exterior front of the property. You can also send additional photos and files to us later by clicking the “Existing Clients” button at the top of the page.
- Make sure you have approximate room measurements for at least the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. These measurements do not have to be exact, but they are required. Please don’t make us guess the sizes of the rooms by looking at your photos. It’s really hard!
